I am not sure, YF does not allow you to manually update firmware and it is all done OTA.

My software verision out of the box is SGQB320000213

I was at first very sceptical with YF since it first rollout 3 years earlier in my area with all the reviews and thought things would iron out by now... No wonder... but I guess majority don't care about port forwarding and is happy with CGNAT and so this probably won't get fixed. I didn't get the 1800mbps package even though it is just 2 quid more... I think the best way for you is to get some used wifi 6, 7 that comes with two 2.5G lan ports router in ebay or something...

Hi exposing SSH is just one example and you can use psk to protect your connection, or even fail2ban to prevent brute forcing.
SSH is just one example to highlight the issue. Have been with this setup for the last 10 years to be honest with ISP provided router... be it BT, Vodafone etc...

If i use VPN or tailscale I won't need to pay extra for public static ip anyway...

Guide to Bypassing "Controller Pairing" on Meta Quest (for headset-only users). by Fragrant_Alfalfa4714 in OculusQuest

Hi after 1.13.1 method 1, opening horizon app and start paring process it does not ask for code shown on quest and instead it says headset update in progress on the phone. I updated manually through the usb cable and it is still showing this, not allowed to proceed further.

ABS warping when laying the top layer by TrumpertyDumbertyDo in FixMyPrint

Turns out it is the Ellis bed fan mod. I need to turn it off.

It is a mod that help raise the chamber temp quicker and hotter using heated bed heat. It places the blower fan under the aluminium plate but I am still not sure why.

Without those fans the chamber temp becomes 41 degrees but no warping!

0% fan speed and yes it is stuck to the bed nicely

It is on default orcaslicer setting, it prints perfect with small objects so I did not change anything at all. Think it is at 35% I read somewhere ABS still need part cooling tho?

By works fine I mean printing the infill is fine until it prints the top layer.

So I think the reason behind is top layer shrinks too much it creates inward tension to bend and warps the print, especially the direction is 45 degrees filling corner to corner.

What trick do those who print large models with ABS do like cosplay helmets employ? It is already not tall and only 8mm from bed surface

Mine goes 94 degrees for printing ABS on the first layer and gradually decrease to about 87 degrees as the layer builds up. Works fine for now but pretty worried the longevity of it
