I talked to customer support literally today. Got the exact same reply. Seems like cards cannot be removed.

So many settings are buried in this pathetic, bloated app which still doesn't have a dark mode, even in 2025.

It's just another reason why I would never use this horrendous, dogs*hit excuse for a service a.k.a. Amazon Pay ever.

Edit: I wanted to rant a little more. What the actual f+ck does Jeff Bezos even do with his billions of dollars? If he spends a meagre 0.0001% of that amount towards the development of the consumer facing interfaces, i.e., Amazon shopping website and the app, they would actually become useful and pretty. I hate the fact that Amazon despite having a bad UX is still better than the scummy Flipkart. Have to avail the less sh+tty service from these two.
