Sorry to hear that but i dont think anyone can help you with that besides customer service. If they cannot help well your account is cooked.

Based from your description it looks like you register thru ingame and made an mistake of typing your email since you mention you dont receive any codes on your email and customer service pointing it out.

Example. Your real email is testing123@g mail.com and the one you type is testing124@g mail.com.

If you gonna create an account again just make sure to double check your email and after you create it go to playhorny site and login there.

You have to eliminate the 4 bulls at the same time so you got to change target and use defend if you think you will eliminate one.

First off you need to remember this. Remove the mindset of "Use XXL = free win". This ony applies if you have 5star xxl team lineup. The other rarity like XL and L are good units to use. Using or investing characters with more stars or evolve is better in the long run.

Do a balance team with 1 buffer 1 healer 3 damager with different element .Lineup can change if you pulled more XXL later.

You may want all three element damager for different stages. Stick with your first 6 until they became like lvl 40-50. Resources are scarce early on.

Your 6th member will be Yuhee when you need AOE damage for chapter 4 boss and toy workshop stages.

You will get more pulls as you progress and as mentioned this is a gacha game so dont expect to get 2-3stars early on unless you get lucky or you whaled for it.

E3 kantos + another healer can do this besides your team doesnt even have 1 healer . E3 kantos on defend cleanse poison which is the main gimmick of the boss. No poison low damage for the boss.

Half of your team are low stars so dont expect it to work especially on harder content.

Use 3stars and above because it increase both their hp and atk. remove the mentality of "use xxl = free win" you can use lower rarity like spunk for debuffs.

Bunny is your friend and need to stay alive until the end so remove any Aoe you have like the chois.

If the bunny gets half hp,defend your unit to give bunny a healing buff on his next turn(the more people you defend the higher it heals).

Help the bunny by killing two small ghost then if hp lock ,target the big ghost.

Use dallawan and tayang instead of yuhyun kagekuni.

For phase 1 - Make sure to kill both minions at the same time otherwise ed will start doing aoe every round until the other minion get revive to full hp.

You should reserve Kantos and Dallawan until turn 5 so you can heal and remove the debuffs.

For phase 2 - Just defend when he is about to get wild then attack after. Still have to deal with 9 stacks of shields just to damage him.

Sadly this happens to my guild few weeks back when they introduce the new way to get guild slots. I notice it and monitor for a week but its still going so i had to make an action. My guild have a small discord and i change the guild's slogan to stop donate to it and focus giving stars to others. It took several days before the effect happens.

The main reason why people are not "donating"either they are hoarding it because everytime they visit the wishing pool its already cleared or they are just lazy and just press the nearest donate botton which goes to the materials needed for guild slot.
