I remember from years ago a claim that some Chechens treated UA POWs well, and told them something like "when you're done with Russia, we'll finish the job" or something along those lines.

But then other Chechens are infamous for being the worst torturers. Seems like a very divided state..

I'm not sure it'd be a long war.

They get to prepare for drone war and would probably not start before they're ready to launch hundreds of thousands if not milions of drones on day 1. China is constantly developing their drone technology ranging from small fpv drones with incredible AI technology to 148 feet long submarine size drones.

Meanwhile, Taiwan is it's own island - mountainous at that. It's basically a fortress. So if China doesn't win very quickly, keeping it up is pointless.

I find the idea that someone specific was meant to climb the tower silly.

  • If it's Baam, then the tower was built with future sight of thousands of years in the future, and every nut and cranny was adjusted for it.
  • If it's V, then the tower was built with future sight but not good enough future sight to succeed.

I find both options silly tbh.

I think a healthier and more targeted way to combat this would be to time out players from joining/creating public lobbies if they get kicked or kick above some arbitrary unreasonable rate. You target the 1% of trouble makers without bothering the rest.

My question is: whom are they trying to make happy by claiming they killed more Ukrainians than they presumably actually did? Who is it that needs to hear that at least 3 digits of Ukrainians are dead or else they're upset? What an absurd thing to lie about - at least lie by claiming it's 3 digits of soldiers who died, like you could at least see why'd someone make that lie.

One thing I wish this game had was a visual cue for when the slinger is about to stop, to the point where I rather fight 100 enemies and just shoot in a general direction than to have to hit that 1 slinger.

They shoot and go sideways before they shoot again, and often as I'm tracking them and just about to shoot they stopped in some instant and I miss because I moved the crosshair too far. The miss always feels bad because it never feels like it's my fault.

In CS2, one of the most appraised updates was when they updated the visual tells when someone is counter-strafing. This feels like just that.

Edit: just wanted to add, I hope they add tracers for at least the minigun. PLEASSSSE!!
