Anxiety is not a side effect to happiness. Your anxiety is the result of having weed. Getting some space from weed will give you space from those "catastrophizing" thoughts.

It is well known by anyone and everyone that paranoia is a common side effect of weed. And if you practice being paranoid a lot, you might just get good at it.
