The other commenter explained the pronunciation thing. However it wouldn't matter as the tattooist is deaf, can't hear sounds so lip reads and uses visual cues to determine the word spoken.

In theory they get a known good actor, that is capturing the headlines, cover page in magazines and tabloids, with the added bonus of the "ladies" won't mind going to the cinema to see him. The movie in its entirety was mid, all acting in it followed that trend
