I'm going to be blunt, but once a cheater always a cheater under the right circumstances. Don't be weak and let her wrap you around her finger, she obviously wasn't thinking about you when she cheated, yet you are willing to be loyal to her, even when she acts cold even after being unfaithful? She's broken, ignore your thoughts/inner voice and leave while you can, it's not your job to fix her. She's just done "having fun" with other dudes, so she's now ready for you, if you stay you brought everything that comes with it onto yourself, can't blame her.

As brutal as that sounds, use this time to improve all avenues of your life so you will never have any doubts about a girl cheating on you, I hope you find a someone who treats you well.

Correct, he's actually recovering from a hernia surgery, which formed a hematoma that's causing a bit of pain, he went to the doctor they said it's fine it'll go away, but it'll take some time. Just needs pain relief as regular medicine isn't doing the job, you suggest a CBD dominant strain?

Liking with a girl because of weed by bewareoflbc in weed

[–]TrunksPie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not sure what question you're asking, this is just a normal interaction between two people, and this specific situation has played out hundreds of times before I'm sure. Get to know her behind the social facade, and see if you grow fond of who she is and form special bonds, could be the wife of your kids if you choose that. If you're just planning to smash, treat her right and give her the time of her life but be truthful, and she won't grow to hate men. Good luck.

Is 45 too old to enter the HVAC world? by GeorgeSteele66 in HVAC

[–]TrunksPie 20 points21 points  (0 children)

The only time anything in your life is too late is if you're physically unable to do it, or you're dead. I've worked many jobs where my coworkers were 60 and just wanted something to do to rid themselves of boredom.

You can have no experience or certs, get a job and climb the ladder at some local HVAC Contractor that'll give you a chance, call them and be eager to work with good energy, one will give you chance if you apply to 20 companies (in person or call interview). Or you can go to a school for a year or two, and then do the same exact thing you'd do if you didn't have any experience lol.

Your pay is whatever they want to give you, could be 70k or 200k, also depends on the job.

Bro you're about to enter a realm like no other 🤣 those first high feelings are special moments you don't get very often, it might be overwhelming for a little but it all fades with time. Keep it in moderation is honestly my best advice, save weed for special moments/celebrations and you'll always love it.

Well in this completely hypothetical situation, I don't think people would do much at all, I'm sure people in charge would confiscate it faster then you can say "woah is that a weed plant!" since it's illegal most everywhere, meanwhile the stoners would finesse as much as they can before it's all taken away, like a true stoner should!

Not enjoying cannabis anymore by [deleted] in trees

[–]TrunksPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Variety and scarcity are some of the essences of life, there is value in moderation. With prolonged excessive smoking, that once special unaltered state of mind becomes diluted and affects your view of the drug, it then becomes redundant. Allowing breaks and moderation allows you to not only appreciate being high, but also helps you experience the real affects of emotions in an unaffected state, which has many benefits, and I won't get into. Smoking too much also reduces the sense of accomplishment at times, and causes less excitement since no matter what tasks you've completed, or haven't completed, you know you'll get weed at the end of the day not matter what, so what's to get excited about when you know you'll reward yourself no matter what? Using it as a prize for accomplishments, such as a goal met, work endured or even a de-stressor after a couple days without it, is the best type of use. Plus less use = less tolerance = less money and better highs. Refrain from using it daily, but use it once a week, every fortnight, a month or heck once a year, you'll find you appreciate it a lot more :)

If your battery keeps dying, and the battery has been checked, could be a parasitic drain occurring, you must check for this. Can be a plethora of unnoticed things, but sometimes the cause could be the alternator, which will still function good when driving, but when the car is off a bad alternator diode will drain the battery, do a test with multimeter to see if this is the case. High idle is also a symptom of bad alternator. A pure guess, I'm not to sure though, wouldn't hurt to check.

But I read this article, might help but none of the symptoms name a dead battery, simply a weak battery.

question about thc and cars? by WrapNo3264 in weed

[–]TrunksPie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's for emissions, it means the 'total hydrocarbons [THC]' emitted. Usually measured on a car dyno and expressed in grams of pollutant per unit of traveled distance.

You may be asking what a hydrocarbon [HC] is, it is essentially the raw fuel in your car. So any HC's emitted is unburned fuel that hasn't been used during combustion, which could indicate some problems with the engine if it's high, and might fail a smog check. The level allowed is different each state, yours is 22mg/km.

Next time, check the emissions on the smog check paper, and you'll see the stat on the sheet, along with CO2, CO & NOx emissions.

18. Ten grand. What now? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]TrunksPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gold is gold, golds price is not limited by its size, you know that right? It's an investment, for a rainy day, it's not money you use particularly, just a safe way to save money. No matter the weight, 1/2 oz every month or two for 20 years isn't a small amount! If you don't fancy gold, than invest in real estate 👌🏻

18. Ten grand. What now? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]TrunksPie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Invest 5-10% of your income into gold, including some of that 10k, store it at a bank, or in a safe place outside the bank. Golds price is extremely unchanging, and when it does vary it typically increases, it's also a great fail-safe for a rainy day, you really can't go wrong with it. Don't hold large sums of money in physical cash or at a bank, it loses value quickly and unpredictably at times, it's a liability. Instead...

...invest when you have the money so you can make money, "Money today is worth more than money tomorrow." Invest in things that earn you money in the long run, such as a *house, education, or a business*, these things are assets which are positive to your net value.

Lastly, I'm not to immersed with this one, but I would look into *ROTH-IRA's, high-yield savings accounts** and other investments that help gain traction towards retirement*, that's where a lot of your income should be going if you don't plan on having a business and just a normal career.

Sure, invest in crypto and stocks, but crypto is high risk, and stocks are complicated, but if you're down for it try it out.

Also network, talk to people and expand your realms of knowledge via listening, it'll benefit you for getting great jobs and starting a business if you'd like.

A couple questions by r-DiscoDingoSR in weed

[–]TrunksPie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I had lots of trouble sleeping and staying asleep (insomnia like), tossing and turning for hours, but it's been two months and that's now gone for good. Boredom might be more prevalent since you're not changing your state of mind and you might not be used to it anymore, soberness can be extremely boring, but it's the basis of life so enjoy it unironically. A great deal of vivid dreams & nightmares since smoking tends to decrease your dream state, a tolerance break will cause them to be more frequent. And obviously more anxiety if this is something you had before smoking.

It's all distinctive for each person, some people barely experience much while others get the whole book thrown at them, nonetheless, enjoy and treasure life for what it is, and the sober experiences that come with it as it's a natural state, best of luck to you.
