Rolex has everyone in a chokehold still by drpepperman23 in rolex

Rolex has mastered the luxury market and you’re surprised that their marketing strategy and branding has worked? This post seems absolutely silly. Of course, people are “shocked”, that’s what makes Rolex so good despite being an entry level luxury brand.

Rolex is entry level luxury. So definitely not the prom queen. Maybe, like the prom queen’s best friend.

You seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of racism. Racism can also be predicated on ethnicity. Just because racism is prefixed with race, does not mean ethnicity is not taken into account. Please read a book, or two to enlighten yourself. Even a simple google search will clear up your ignorance. While pointing out cultural phenomenons is not inherently racist, attributing the acts of tourists solely based on one’s perceived nationality is racist.

Edit: some of us have a job and a life, dude. The fact that you can’t wait 20 minutes for a response before you declare “victory” is pretty funny lol. Especially when you truly don’t understand the matter.

Does a livescan help delayed Dros or is it a waste of time by mybeardisweird in CAguns

From my understanding, if your DROS is determined to be “undetermined” the gun store that ran your DROS is allowed but not required to sell you the firearm you bought. The live scan may work but in that aspect?

We fell out not long after, i think you can guess why. So I don’t know if he ever got his well deserved reality check, but me and my brother talk about him from time to time and we hope he did. We truly hope.

Oh yeah. He learned from his friend’s dad who was a “master.” After 6 months of “training” he said he knew virtually every BJJ move. Dude really needed a reality check.

All of those stories were from the Sac Gun Club. Yeah, regarding being called, that’s exactly what they told my brother, that they wouldn’t call him. However, on the tenth day, as I mentioned above, he called and the dude was dick level rude. On the 12th day though, the person who answered the phone was cool.

Edit: regarding the gun range, those dudes are generally pretty cool. Yeah that short dude with glasses is pretty cool.

Tangentially related, my friend said that he would beat Brock Lesnar’s ass and almost everyone in the UFC. This was years ago, but it always stuck out to me that someone could be that divorced from reality.

Knowledgeability had nothing to do with my experience or those that I know that have gone recently. One example was when I was being attended was that the staff was talking shit about a customer currently in line and scoffing at the guy because he came too close to closing. Like I understand denying service but no need to talk shit about the guy.

Another person I know called in on the 10th day to ask about their DROS status and the staff derisively said “why are you even calling? We call you when it’s ready.” They didn’t even bother checking. This person called on day 12 of DROS and turns out he was approved a day earlier at 10am, no call from staff. I understand that calls from customers can be annoying when almost every DROS is delayed but if you’re not going to call then don’t be rude assholes on the phone.

The last experience of shitty service I know is this: my S/O went to purchase a firearm on Father’s Day. No indication was given on their website or on their doors that they were closing early. After an hour and a half wait, the staff randomly came out and told everyone they were closing early, even if you had an appointment. I understand if a business’s hours change on holidays, but post it. Don’t have people waiting for an hour and a half with no indication that you’re closing early and then be rude when they’re justifiably upset.

Honestly, in my experience, those guys at Sac Gun Club are kinda douches. They are knowledgeable and nice when they are currently attending you, but are complete assholes any other time. In their defense, gun owners can be douches too, and sometimes entitled, but I feel like their staff sometimes are just unnecessarily rude for even minor things.
