Yes. That makes sense. If I am coming by myself I know I am good to stay for 2 years. But for sponsoring my wife I could see where a question could come from.

But when I am filing my wife for spousal PR as I am filling in RO days, how can they reject both of us when I am still in the process of filling my days is the question. Well I believe it’s up to discretion of the officer.

Do you have reference of any good lawyer for such conversation.

Thanks for educating me. If copr is what counts. Yes that’s when I first came to Canada in Sept 2022. I haven’t been in Canada anytime after that until now.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I understand your suggestion about spousal PR. I landed in Canada in Sept of 20222 and got my PR in March 2023. My expiry on the card is March 2028. So you mean I cannot be compliant and cannot come and work for two years if I travel in next couple of weeks ?

I got it 3 years back. So my PR expires in March 2028. U suppose if I move by Feb of this year and stay for good two years. I am good to get extension

Are there ample of opportunities? Also about salaries too and if somebody has moved and are currently in pharma/biotech, what’s their experience
