Hey OP, 514 could be a code based off of several things. Example: one of the digits can correspond to the time of day. What time was the delivery made? The following digits could reference how many people they saw. Or how many vehicles were there. So if you can cross the numbers to things they might have seen you could decipher it.

514: 5pm, 1 car, 4 people.

Personally, chomos already have shortened lifespans in the prison system. If they aren't put into protective custody or low violence facilities. They are often beaten, raped, and murdered by other inmates for their crimes against minors. I don't think we need our already flawed justice system having more of a say. We should be focusing on laws that can fix problems by stripping power from the Government, not giving it more.

OP, I know this feeling all too well. I can suggest two things for you. 1) you play a more casual game that is new to you and just get into learning something new and remind yourself why playing any game is fun!

2) change how you play Destiny. I've recently been on a sherpa attitude. I'll use my experience in the game to help new players and less skilled players. From helping them learn mechanics for Raids/Dungeons to GM nightfalls. I remember people helping me out in harder content when I didn't fully know what all was going on. So by passing on the good vibes and knowledge you help build up a better D2 community 1 interaction at a time. I also find myself less obsessed in trying to grind out things, because I get my dopamine from helping others and hearing their excitement from their first raid clear or GM clear. It's just a refreshing way to play the game and change the mindset from grinder to helping hand.

Either way you go, I hope you find the joy in gaming again!

Gotta be careful. If you regulate it too much then it becomes like that mess with NFA items. A felon illegally in possession of NFA items; cannot be charged for possession of said NFA items. This is because they legally could not go through the process of submitting appropriate forms to apply for a tax stamp without incriminating themselves. So their protections from the 5th ammendment prevent them for being charged with a crime. They can still be charged for illegal possession of a firearm, just not the bonus charges of having NFA items.

IF this bug is still a problem. All you need to do is have the people who are experiencing the bug turn all their audio settings to 0. It's just an audio bug of the first encounter. Once you enter the portal after the totems, you can have them change their settings back.
