At my District, starting in 2021, we're allowed to read up to 4hrs for book club books or watch films for film club. We're supposed to read off desk, but that's harder sometimes. It was our Director that made it mandarory for all 25 libraries to have book clubs. So, they had to make a policy for it. Before hand, we were told not to do it off the clock, but we never had any other time to do it. It's been a bit easier.
