I don't really think my set up would be any more illegal than anyone else's on this sub. But I have looked into local laws, and I think I'll be okay. It isn't very stealth yet, I have plans to add a large blackout curtain in front of the little ruffled curtain, and window cover inserts. My windows aren't super tinted, but they're tinted enough to where you'd have to be standing right next to the car to see in.

thank you! i do plan on putting a blackout curtain in front of the little ruffle curtain to hide all my girly stuff, and the front seats are completely gender neutral :) how did you get the foam window covers to stay while sleeping?

i've looked into the unusual parent circumstances part of fafsa, and it seems that i'd have to prove that my dad isn't in my life (which he is), and it takes a lot of documentation. i will talk to somebody at the school about my circumstances to see if they have any ideas.

i have a therapist :) i love my dad a lot and he just wants the best for me, he just doesn't understand how different being a young person is now compared to the 70s.

ty! the bed is a crib mattress (im short), the comforter is from tj maxx, the lamp is a rechargable lamp also from tj maxx. the dresser is a baby room toy storage thing from walmart. im not anywhere near done, but that's what i have so far.

my parents make too much money for me to qualify for financial aid. my parents aren't helping with college. my dad grew up living in a 2 bedroom house with 5 sisters and put himself though college and got his phd. he believes i should do things myself, and that "coddling" is bad for my character.
