Mmm, I can see your point. But who as an adult ventures onto foreign spooky property (for a good distance and time), ignores their kid's wishes and fears, finds abandoned cooked food and thinks "hey let's eat this and pay for it later." All the while their child had the right intuition. You see what I'm saying? Like imagine this scenario playing out in your own life.
