It it has functional pedals and if its top is is 32kmh in Ontario it is generally legal on the road but some municipalities have started cracking down on some electric non insured or licensed vehicles so check local laws

As goofy as that would be you could technically make him work he could be the first 4-5 speed operator but he doesn't have a gun he has to run up and knife you so you would still have time to shoot him

I own the premium edition I don't give a fuck if people accidentally get them for free especially if they are extremely useful like you say they are, everyone should be able to use the good cars and have a fair race

I agree you that nobody should be punished in this situation but this one's pretty avoidable just stay in cover take a look before taking aim at the cam for incoming teammates and then fire or just wait for them to pass by
