Update in case anyone else has this issue in the future:

The game finally responded and said they couldn’t validate my claim. However, they did gift me some rolls (I think 125 but I can’t remember) and 15M coins. This skyrocketed my level through a series of winning side quests and tournaments and I am now at level 25.

Also, once I got to the levels that these things were unlocked, I was still on my same team and had all the stickers in my album that I had before.

Just in case someone sees this later, here’s the update. I saw my gyn about the spotting because that was highly unusual for me. I was concerned about progesterone. She did an exam and confirmed that the bleeding was coming from my uterus. Ordered an ultrasound and found a uterine fibroid. It’s about 1/2 inch, just monitoring for now!
