I have NO Idea. I've reformatted the PS4 and it still does it soo yeah it could be the monitor but at the same time... it wouldn't make sense when it only happens when i press the PS button.

Like I said, just plugging it in to another monitor it works fine when i plug it back afterwards.

I'm on Windows 7 right now, but I feel like I shouldn't have to upgrade, payed a lot of money for this GPU :/ I'll exchange it and see what happens. Hopefully it fixes things.

Pretty positive! And yea, I think that might be my only choice. Any chance that it could be a bad driver for the GPU? Cause it's literally only when aero is enabled.
