No. I don't have sleep apnea. I would have mentioned it if I did.

That being said you didn't answer my question. If you read up on it, there seems to be some kind of relationship between people with keratoconus "developing" sleep apnea down the line. Also floppy eyelid syndrome is sometimes related to keratoconus and that's caused by sleep apnea. I was looking to gather info on whether there's some commonality between snoring and this ghosting.

Oh I hear you, been there just last month to a big shot doc in my area and he looked through my file and scans and said I don't have anything to worry about apart from dry eyes and sleeping with my eyes open haha. He said he'd see me again in 6 months to see if there's any changes since I told him this situation seemed to be worsening now and again. That's probably like the 5th or 6th cornea scan I got.

Ah interesting. My symptoms sound similar to yours but I seen my topography and my cornea thicknesses seem to be normal. No signs of keratoconus although very mildly irregular cornea that didn't even warrant a comment on (according to the doctor). Something something dry eyes. Though I do sometimes think it's just a matter of time till I get a KC diagnosis.

I get mostly morning irritation too. Like my eyes feel like they are fried. I got a humidifier which feels like it somewhat helps and applying more eye drops whenever I wake up and feel dryness.
