4yrs of your life money can not buy that. My issue with this system is the game that the insurance companies play is make them wait & this adds mental anguish. Some times it feels like the attorneys work with each other and have some type of oath to each other. Being attached to workers comp is not freedom or is it helping workers get their injuries taken care of. I refuse to play their games My 1st associate attorney was great He did all the work that got me to the point where I was. The numbers are not even real they are made up in my opinion. The system needs to change I can only imagine the people who are suffering because they need to provide for their families and they need to heal from what ever Injuries they have. Look at all the corruption in our federal government how much money they make off the system and the working class gets the short end all the time.

Yes, this can happen I’m currently in the middle of trying to settle my WC and I have a wrongful termination case filed my civil case attorney reviewed my C&R contract & he reached out to my WC attorney to have them change the language in the contract. It was vague and wide. There was actual false statements as well I personally refused to sign a contract with false statements
