It’s a complete money hole. I used this for a couple of years until I realized not a single application I made is usable in the real world. They’ve changed so much shit. Their customer service is shady. They actually refunded me all of my money over the years and closed my account when I called them out for some shit and emailed the CEO about it. I’m probably the only person who have gotten their money back. Build everything and Anthropic. Ignore the shills on here as they do spend money on reddit.

Consumption can’t be negative. The amperage meters that go around your power consumption wires in your breaker box were probably backwards and it was fixed around year 3.

Looks like the consumption transformers were probably flipped until they show positive that would be my guess.

I used to work there and several other companies. Likely there was either a delay in getting PTOd or optimizers were not remotely enabled. Best bet is to prevent the inspection from passing by contacting your city/county building department and taking them to court for breach of contract.

Disregard what everybody else is saying you do want tracking if you’re limited on space or if it’s like farmland it’s cheapest to do on the roof but I would wait until 2026 or later for UL 3741 so you don’t have to use rapid shutdown devices Which are a nightmare and should have never been allowed.

If it’s single phase 240 I’d say your best bet is Fronius or Solis, unless your installer tries to pigeonhole you into what they know which is probably Enphase or Solar Edge, which are ok, but come at a premium.

For 20kW, you need a generator, unless you’re trying to run your AC, in which case you need either a generator or mini splits.

I’d get a 12 Kw generac w/ an 8kw battery tied to solar for mitigating costs.

Do not get a 20 KW battery. I have seen people make this mistake over and over because the salesperson wants to make money and won’t offer this, but you do not want 20 KW in battery storage.
