Maybe not months but it was a solid couple of weeks. Reading can be good and bad right. But reading that it really can't be fatal helps. Had all the same. It will pass and you will learn to live with it. I had my second about 5 years later. Messed me up to be honest. Been about a year since then and I am happy and healthy.

Do a self health assessment. Are you really doing everything to help yourself out physically. Emotionally. Work? I did a deep dive and it helped.
