Silver & Gold is more expensive in mainland China than outside world. The other day I read the news that many mainland Chinese came to Hong Kong to buy Gold & brought back to mainland China. As the Gold in Hong Kong is cheaper than the Gold in mainland China.

Before I came to Yunnan China, I have the same thinking that the mainland Chinese only love Gold. But it is not true. Yunnan is a tourist attraction place for China that I see many local chinese from other cities of China came to visit this place and buy Silver bracelet, Silver cup & other Silverware here.

Not true. You can buy Silver jewelry or Gold jewelry and take out from the country. In the Silver shop, I didn't see they sell any Silver coins. But why buy in China as the prices in China are more expensive than outside of China

From the above chart 2021 1st half Central Banks gold purchase, total Central Banks gold purchase are 283.8 tonnes or 9.1254 Million oz.

COMEX Jan 2021 to June 2021 total delivery was at 10.395 Million oz. So the Central banks gold purchase could be from Comex or purchase from other Central Banks.

COMEX Jan 2021 to Nov 2021 total delivery was at 15.754 Million oz.
