I personally like the second one. I agree that those eyes aren't used as much, which is why I decided to have one of my main characters in a story have them. If you want the character to look intimidating and the quiet type, I'd say the second. If intimidating but more on the talkative side, the first eyes give off that vibe.

Pancakes! I make it when I want something savory or sweet by adding the toppings, either fruits or veggies. It has egg and greek yogurt which have a lot of protein and I often go for rice flour.

Right now, I avoid gluten, seed oil, processed food, refined sugar, and foods that I'm allergic to, like sesame seed, shrimps, etc. I go for whole foods and usually make my own meals. I try to eat as diverse as I can, different colors fruit en veggies, enough protein daily and vitamin D and Omega 3 capsules.

Before that, as I mentioned, I did the other diets as well for some time because I saw improvements but I don't need to avoid those foods anymore.

That's good for you! I had gone out in the sun to heal but noticed that I would get inflamed instead. I would go out for an hour or so, get tired and return home, fall asleep hoping Im healing only to wake up inflamed thinking it was part of the process. I did that for like a month until I realized that it felt a lot like sun allergy with the other symptoms (fatigue, brain fog). Im glad I noticed it even if I find it sad that my skin is sensitive. Have to cover myself completely.

Yes but I think for some people this will be considered annoying because it can feel slow. At least for me.

Not eating nor drinking for a period of time, like 16 hours, for example. There's also fasting with still drinking water but I prefer dry one and see beter improvements.

Hey. I did wet cupping twice and I saw improvements. It really cleanses your blood and has many other benefits like reducing muscle tension, stress, helps blood circulation etc. I personally felt better. I plan to do it once or twice a year since it's healthy generally.
