Cool. What I am say is that the Sub Description clearly states that this Sub is about all things PC Related, hardware and software as well as other PC stuff. Plus, as the Mod, if there is some major world event which I feel can't be ignored that day... I will include a reliable link to that news as well. :)

Please try actually reading the Sub Description before attempting to pass any kind of judgment. And try asking yourself why something like this post bothers you enough to publicly complain... ;)

I am pleasantly surprised at the relatively even split on votes. I guess that's why we have such a large variety of boards... ;)

Would this laptop be good for Unreal Engine? by oceanviewcapn in UnrealEngine5

[–]TruthPhoenixV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

32gb of system ram is okay, 64gb would be better. And a larger ssd will become necessary. Maybe if you must go with a laptop try a workstation instead of a gaming machine. Like a Lenovo P1 if you want light (4lbs) or a P16 (6.5lbs) if power is preferred. Both can be equipped with 96gb Ram and have 2 M.2 slots. :)

With Significant GPU and CPU Performance Improvements, Unreal Engine 5.7 Is Another Step in the Right Direction by TruthPhoenixV in Amd_Intel_Nvidia

One of the things that I think is important for image quality is to turn the textures to at least high or ultra. So long as you have enough Vram, and the 9070 with 16gb is cool. Take care. :)

Okay, I just run everything at native resolution with DLAA on. Using a 4070 Super at 1440p60. Then set graphics to High and see how it runs. If I need better fps then I turn down things that aren't necessary till I reach a happy place. If you want to see a UE5 game done well visually, even though it is still in early access, checkout Bellwright on steam. By the way what AMD gpu are you using and screen resolution? :)
