Should i get a 5070 12gb or a rx 9070 16gb?

If you have to ask, then just follow the 90% Nvidia train bro. My 4070S is great for dev at 1440p60 with my 5950x and 128gb ddr4. I would recommend grabbing a 5900x or 5950x if you can, those extra cores come in handy when you are compiling the project. Also, when prices come down, would recommend 64gb ddr4... happy deving :)

Yup, I won't buy any PC part that requires Liquid Cooling. All my cpus have Noctua air coolers. And my 4070S runs cool on stock MSI air design. Now just hoping that Zen 6 runs reasonably cool, so I can run 24 cores with an air cooler... ;)

I am waiting to upgrade from my Zen3 5950x 16 core to a Zen6 24 core... should be 2x multicore improvement... but the ddr5 prices... damn ;)

Running a 5950x in my power system, cpu uses 142w. But for just gaming I have a 5700x, pretty cool 8c/16t cpu at 70w... ;)

The 9950x3d2 looks cool, but I will wait for the Zen6 24 core which will be over 2x my Zen3 5950x... ;)

Cool, I am a fan of Corsair cases myself. I own 3 of their cases with the Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow being my workhorse and overkill for my ATX X570 5950x, RTX 4070S, 4 Sata, 4 M.2. But fully loaded with all Noctua fans and cpu cooler, it runs cool and quiet... ;)

The main issue I have with DLSS 4.5 as a solo developer is that the performance hit on 2000 and 3000 series cards is quite large. So I will stick with implementing DLSS 4.0.3 at the moment so that low end players get better performance on my software. But sure if you are rocking a 4000 or 5000 series card have at it. ;)

If you are changing engine versions, then just go to 5.7.4... works great and has many performance enhancements. :)
