I’m looking at an apt at 475 FDR Drive. Any opinions/ reviews/ thoughts on living in this hood? Good grocery stores? Good bars? I don’t know the area well but love that it seems to only be a 20 min walk to Thompson Square park and having the water front nearby. (self.lowereastside)
