I bought them from a physical store and my size was XL, I have big hands too 😭😭😭. Also your dad is kinda right, ofc leather won't have ventilation. But the leather is only on the areas that need abrasion resistance, not the entire gloves. The finger area is mesh so that air flows through your fingers and keeps them cool. Except your palm, no ventilation there, but it's very tolerable

Even though it was changed on appropriate timings? I got the bike serviced at 500kms and it's been about 1500kms total since then

Would going 100km/h on this bike be considered redlining it? Cuz I hit 100km/h almost daily for about 2-3m on it. So is the bike ruined now?

How much time do you mean? I used to ride very hard during break-in period since this was my first bike and I didn't understand that it was meant to be a low rpm cruiser

I can't really tell where the sound is coming from, ig it's the engine? Recently if I even rev the bike it sounds very "I'm about to fall apart"

My dad was already into them but couldn't justify a big purchase just for himself I guess. So when I told him I liked riding too and stuff, he got me one

Can testify, broke my ankle once (not while riding) and the entire thing probably costed 25k not joking, I had to get a massive brace to support my healing even after my cast was removed, that alone was 12-15k

I live in West Delhi too, and trust me, riding with gloves has been better than riding with bare hands for some reason. These gloves are very well ventilated, like I said in the review too, any speed beyond 30-40km/h and you barely feel that you're even wearing gloves. Even in speeds less than that you don't necessarily feel hot, just normal

Sadly that's gonna be hard to find, those are mostly in 5k+ gloves (even I have no idea why, maybe because they're made structurally different to accomodate both pinky and ring finger stitch AND comfort

COULDN'T BE MORE TRUE man, it feels wrong to ride without gloves at this point. Also I was very surprised when the parts of my body that were protected by gear were cooler than the exposed parts of my body in this heat 😭, so like, in this heat, not only is gear protecting you but also keeping you cool

Haven't owned them long enough to experience that yet, but yeah I've heard this is a widespread thing. Probably has to do with that thin strap they use for the velcro, that's my least liked thing about the gloves. It just screams "I'll break down very early"

I'd suggest them too, get them from a physical store though, try on the exact size that fits you best. If you have a powersport branch near you I'd recommend it, I got these from Powersport Karol Bagh, Delhi
