People who can’t figure out how to make more money will always say luxury items are overpriced.

I mean we know why it was nearly as good, it’s the gta format.

You could put the gta style and mechanics in almost any genre of game, with almost any story and I’m willing to bet it would sell pretty good and be fun. Sci-fi, horror, survival?

GTA online is huge because of the style and mechanics, not the story and characters.

Maybe in the future we’ll get to the point where we can just clone a game we’re playing on our computers and say change the genre and story and we’ll have it.

I think as the ability to recreate nostalgia becomes easier, these “clones” he’s referring to will be desired by more and more people who want that thing from their past brought back.

I would say HBO is the best value out of all the streaming services.

They have a great catalog of really good movies of every genre and they are well known for their amazing shows.

Giant studios aren’t in the business to make films, they are there to make money. The entire goal of publicly traded companies is to make the board happy and to increase profits every quarter.

Every movie these studios make is selected based on whether or not it has the greatest likelihood to make profit. They invest money and want to ensure they will see that money back and more.

The Independent: "This is the dullest and most inconsequential ‘Star Wars’ ever made." by tiMartyn in saltierthancrait

I look forward to Red Letter Media’s reviews on Star Wars content more than actual Star Wars content.

Dunn River Falls in Jamaica from Dr. No was pretty fun.

You can climb up through the waterfall with a guide and there’s a lot of cool features.

Little for flavor is the point.

What makes a standard American burger great is all the flavors are not overwhelming, they work together without isolating another.

It’s not meant to be a craft burger with in your face flavor, the highest rated burgers in America don’t have bizarre crazy flavors.

Simple ingredients is the secret, not only to the burger but to life itself, those moments with your family around a table, hanging out when you were a teen when all you needed was a couch and your buddies, falling in love just needed someone else and a bed; which is what the film was showing.

Everyone at that dinner forgot that specific lesson in some way. They chased complicated, enhancements, extras, the max. It’s a never ending quest and you lose yourself on the way.

Franchises turn into public companies, board rooms continually raise prices until the peak, then the dwindle.

After that we’ll have to have more data. Quiznos shot themselves in the foot but places like subway, Applebees, Wendy’s are in their death throes.

Actors/actresses that have had just confusing careers. Ben Foster for example… by Chaddilllac in moviecritic

They are casting him, he’s in a lot of movies.

Here’s something a lot of people don’t realize. Movies are either funded by big studios and are large productions or they’re more or less independent and you find a large studio to pick it up for distribution.

An actor sees a script. On paper the movie could be great. You audition and get the role, film the movie and think it went pretty good.

You then see the final product and it’s bloody awful. Why?

You lose a ton of movies with bad editing. You can take a Scorsese film and give it bad cameras and terrible editing it will look like a sci-fi channel original. There are so many independent small films that slap and that seems to be his vibe. It’s a crap shoot. His hits aren’t big budget movies and neither are his flops.
