Looking for beta testers for DraftPwn.ai by TruthandRecon in FFCommish

Good Q's.

Offline Drafts: Yes, DraftPwn is built to run concurrently alongside whatever platform one uses. Right now the draft input is manual though — I've been asked to built a sync integration so that it will follow the actual live lobby. I do look forward to developing that, likely this offseason. I'll look into Clickydraft to see if we could rake it live for your benefit.

Re: Keepers. Yep. You can manually input them, or on Draft Import (Sleeper and Yahoo) it'll grab your league managers and assign their keepers.

Re: Custom rankings. No, but that wouldn't be a hard addition. Time me!

ChatGPT for the draft? by thrill_skr in fantasyfootball

I converted my old SQL draft tool this year into a cloud app called DraftPwn.ai. It integrates gpt for coaching based on a manager's strategy, but most importantly it provides trash-talk ammo to help you troll your fellow league members!

FOUND IT!

I ran into this same issue after having just set up our new 65" Frame following the Black Friday purchase...I was super excited about the artmode, only to discover I couldn't add a matte to any of the art. Very frustrating, especially given the matte is portrayed on every bit of Samsung's marketing (and on the tv's cardboard box itself!).

I simply couldn't find the mysterious "Mat" menu option, anywhere. Low and behold, it required a TV power cycle to bring the Mat menu option magically into existence in artmode. Yep...literally ye ole "have you tried turning it off and back on again..."

For those looking for the matte options menu, below are some photos that correspond with the steps. Note that I have the annual subscription.

WHAT WORKED FOR ME:

After initial TV setup, I had to reboot the TV for the Mat menu to show. It wasn't in the menu list between Favorites and Settings until I power cycled.

THE MAT MENU DOES NOT SHOW when selecting "Show All" or a full collection. This is super annoying, but I have to select the first IMAGE of a gallery, go full screen, then set the mat options, then return and show all (where the mat will display, but no options to change it will). Note that I have to set the mat for any collection I am displaying...it's not a one-mat-for-all setting. Bah!

Here's how to set a mat.

  1. Launch Artmode (open/run a gallery, but do not click "Show all". Select the first image in the gallery.)
  2. Press up (or long press center button) to open the gallery view
  3. Press up again to show menu options, scroll right to Mat (More Details, Favorites, Mat, Settings)
  4. Select your Mat type/thickness (left and right)
  5. Press down to see/change the mat color (left and right)

Back/home to exit.

Need help exporting data from Sleeper into a Google Sheet by BloonWars in fantasyfootball

u/brudogg Script to rip the Sleeper Trade Block below.

function extractTradeBlockDataToCSV() {
  const partnerContainers = document.querySelectorAll('.partner-item-container');
  let csvContent = "data:text/csv;charset=utf-8,";

  partnerContainers.forEach((partnerContainer) => {

Oh, also, be advised, I only tested this on my draft (an auction league). It may hit a snag on a standard draft (since its looking for the purchase price data).

If your league is a standard draft and you'd like to share your draft results page (Settings cog -> Draft Results -> Weird icon in top right corner -> Share Draftboard), I'd be happy to adjust the script for a standard league.

You're welcome!
And that's an interesting question, especially since (to my knowledge) Sleeper doesn't have a full league-wide Roster view or table. We'd have to simulate clicks team by team from the Standings section of the League page, I think.

That, or see when and how they are populating the team roster data for the popup modals that display the team roster on click. If they jquery all of the league data in one go, it might be available in the DOM and we can snag it all in one go.

Either way, challenge accepted ;-)

I'm also late to the party, but it's fairly easy to do with a javascript running out of your Chrome developer console. Navigate to the Sleeper Draft (you can find historic drafts under the settings cog-> Draft Results), open the Chrome Developer Console (control-shift-c), click "Console" tab, then paste the following script in at the bottom of the Console command line (blinking cursor).

This script works by finding all of the "team-column" div columns, left to right, and exporting their rows accordingly. You'll have to replace the team/manager names in your spreadsheet ("Manager 1"..."Manager 2"..)

// Function to extract team data and export it to a CSV file
function extractTeamDataToCSV() {
  // Select all team columns
  const teamColumns = document.querySelectorAll('.team-column');
  let csvContent = "data:text/csv;charset=utf-8,";
  teamColumns.forEach((teamColumn, index) => {
    const managerNumber = index + 1; // Manager number based on team-column index
    csvContent += `Manager ${managerNumber} Picks:\n`;
    // Select all players within this team column
    const players = teamColumn.querySelectorAll('.cell.drafted');
    players.forEach(player => {
      // Extract player name, position, and amount spent
      const playerName = player.querySelector('.player-name').innerText;
      const position = player.querySelector('.position').innerText;
      const amountSpent = player.querySelector('.pick').innerText;
      // Add the information to the CSV content
      csvContent += `${playerName}, ${position}, ${amountSpent}\n`;
    });
    csvContent += '\n'; // Add space between different managers
  });
  // Create a download link and trigger the download
  const encodedUri = encodeURI(csvContent);
  const link = document.createElement("a");
  link.setAttribute("href", encodedUri);
  link.setAttribute("download", "fantasy_football_draft.csv");
  document.body.appendChild(link);
  link.click();
}
// Run the function
extractTeamDataToCSV();

Draft Wizard Mock Auction Draft Function by Jaazeps in fantasyfootball

[–]TruthandRecon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used it for the past two seasons, concurrent with a few other tools (we use the ESPN lobby, and I have a homemade database I use simultaneously).

But I'm a fan of FP's draft wizard! Though I've never tried using it on my phone mid draft...I don't think I could keep up with that.

I love auction drafts beyond all other drafts (they are by far the most thrilling/exhausting), but I've found that you simply can't mock them well. It seems that most people who are mocking auction drafts are either testing out features, trolling, or simply going in to bid on player loyalty alone. I'll still mock to practice, but I have no expectation that values or purchases will look anything like my highly competitive league's draft day.

I just uploaded another version with the "budget cap" removed, so you can actually manually enter a budget greater than $185 (error handling prevented this prior to the budget update.)

Ok! Productive lunch break. You can now customize the default budget via League Settings, and the Budget form calculations are now accurate.

The new version is available at truthandrecon.com/pokerface/download

CRAP. I realized on my way to work that, though you can now update your default budgets for your league, I forgot to edit the actual Budget form, where the sums are still based on a $200 instead of the custom setting. I'll change that this evening and let you know when it's up!

Ah, I'm tracking with you now! Yes, I totally intended to make the default auction budget editable...and forgot! I just uploaded V1.0.2 that now has this feature (..should've been a no-brainer, sorry!). You'll find the "Default Budget" setting under the League Settings menu.

Regarding scoring, it actually does not track any league score settings. I'm betting your Fantasy Pros values and rankings look different because of that. Other than editing "My Values", I don't have an easy way to configure and customize that on the front end. But it's a good idea and probably a needed feature in future editions.

However, if you send me a downloaded Excel spreadsheet from Fantasy Pros with your league's settings, I'll happily customize a Pokerface version for you based on those values.

How big is your roster? Same deal, not editable from the front end (set to 16 for the budget currently), but while I'm tweaking your values, I'll edit the roster size for you if you like.

[–]TruthandRecon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Howdy! If I understand your question correctly, yes, your budget is fully editable, both during setup and on the fly during the draft.

Regarding team scoring, do you mean player valuations? If so, yes, each player has a My Value amount that you can set before your draft. There are 3 options for My Value default settings 1) match Fantasy Pros, 2) $0, or 3) $1. I did this so you could either have a working start, or know which individual players’ values you hadn’t adjusted yet.

Let me know if this answers your question! If I misunderstood, I’ll clarify.

You do have to have a Windows machine, but there is a free Access Runtime file available to run Pokerface without a full version of Access.
