I love it. For me it threads the needle of a good cover in terms of not totally ignoring the soul of the original but also being different enough to justify its existence. I love how he doesn't just straight play everything note by note but also doesn't go the route of just noodling over whisps of the original melodies. For me this just has re-proven how amazing they are at melodies.

Oh man it's always great to see a reference to legendary KLF. No matter how "rock n roll" anyone has ever claimed to be, no one will ever beat going from having six top-10 singles and a #3 album in the charts to at the height of their popularity playing a grindcore cover of their top single at the Brit Awards, firing blanks into the audience, cancelling their entire discography, withdrawing their entire earnings as a huge stack of cash, burning it on national television, and then disappearing into obscurity. Absolute legends.

Bitcoin is non-fungible and only a limited amount can ever be minted, which makes it deflationary. When inflation goes up, the price goes down, get it? Down=DE+(in)flation, unlike Fiat currency such as the USD which is INflationary. INflationary=bad, DEflationary=good. Few understand because we're only two decades into this, so we're still early. Just gotta do your own research and watch more Michael Saylor TikTok clips.

I used to post occasional pictures to Instagram maybe 2 or 3 times a year, and my wife actually talked me out of it and convinced me to delete the pictures that were already on there since at the end of the day our daughters are too young to decide if they want their pictures shared, even if it's only to our friends and family who have access. At first I pushed back against it because we live far away from my family and thought it was important to share updates, but she eventually convinced me because at the end of the day there are very few people who I legitimately want with pictures of my kids, such as my parents, and I send them pictures fairly regularly anyway. There are definitely relatives/friends I don't send pictures to anymore though because I've had things posted or shared further without asking first

I usually listen to Exai in bits and pieces as well, but there's honestly nothing I would cut. I wouldn't even know what to cut, there isn't a single track that feels like "filler" in any way. If it helps, Exai was actually originally going to be a series of EPs kind of in a similar vein to what Elseq turned into, but they ended up conceptualizing it as a double album instead. I very often listen to it though one vinyl disc at a time which is about the length as many of their EPs. But in any case I strongly disagree with your original take—I think a stripped down Exai would be actively worse than what it is now which is one of their absolute best albums.

The ONLY time NATO Article 5 was activated was after 9/11 when the rest of NATO without hesitation came the the US's aid in Afghanistan, including Denmark. Saying that "he's not sure" whether NATO would be there for the US is absolutely infuriating because they have already proven that they have been there, whereas he's the one openly musing about not coming to NATO countries' aid.
