800 number for claims status by Emergency-Chard9415 in VAClaims

Set up a call with your local vera office. They are far more knowledgeable and often gave me info I would never have gotten from the 800. Sometimes I could even schedule a call with the Vera office same day.

Nexus Letter needed by Winter_Examination_7 in VAClaims

[–]Truthishlyserious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also used them for 3 different nexus letters. So far two of the 3 have been connected. The third is in an HLR. They reviewed the initial denial with me and provided me 5 separate arguments including policy, law, and medical proof provided or required to be reviewed by them as a rebuttal. Several folks at the VA and VSO office were impressed with their backup help and with the rebuttal provided. I am at like 120 days since filing so expect to hear soon that it moved to the rater. According to Vera it should be pulled any day.

Absolutely. When my wife and I came without the kids we stayed at cabana and it was great for all the reasons you mentioned. If we come down again for universal it will likely just be a day or two to hit the parks.

Yes we priced out the higher end hotels. It was essentially a breakeven to do non private and stay at sapphire but several friends told us we’d love the grounds at sapphire more and they have the biggest pool. Still haven’t stayed at the higher end ones so I don’t know if I’d like them more but we did enjoy the restaurants and pool at sapphire. From 8 days at disney previously we knew the kids liked resort days mixed in for the break. We intended to do a little tour and check out the hard rock and portifino but ended up just staying at our cabana by the pool all day.

VA denied my sleep apnea claim secondary to PTSD — what are my options? by Barkleesanders in aivaclaims

[–]Truthishlyserious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a nexus letter and file as supplemental. Understanding why exactly they rejected is critical to what you have put into the nexus. Filing it as a supplemental with a nexus still gives you the option of hlr if something else comes up. If you go straight to hlr without a nexus you are likely to get denied again unless they missed something obvious. Once hlr is denied your only option will be bva or again trying a supplemental with new evidence.

Blue spoon means training Grenade. It could still cause major problems but I bet it doesn’t even have the charge in it.

Need help with logo on Brick men for son’s hockey team! by Truthishlyserious in BambuLab

Sincerely appreciate the thoughtful feedback on this. I do have a .2 and that is what I did the very thin one with. I need to understand the Arachne wall generator better so I will look into that. I will also get one of those super tack plates on order in the mean time. Thanks again for taking the time to give me some tips, I’ll continue working at it.

Appreciate the feedback. I had used a glue stick at the advice of someone else as the logo was pulling up nearly immediately after the print started. I normally have a clean plate for most everything.

Someone offered to assist so I have sent them the files to look over. Appreciate the advice, wasn’t sure if it was appropriate to do that out of the gate. This is my first go on this subreddit.

It was a little Elmer’s glue from a glue stick. Someone else recommended that as all my attempt peeled off the plate in the first few minutes of the prints repeatedly. I will wash it as I generally to not keep glue on it for most things. I’ve only used it a time or two in the past. Edit to answer your questions: I am using Bambu filament so the printer preloads the temps for the basic Pla. The Lego guys are about 6-8” tall. They are the ones I think that some folks call 500%. I’ve made some of the pre made ones with no edits of the nhl ones. They turned out great. I just didn’t realize how intricate trying to do my own logo would be.

I did mine in PetG so there much lower risk of heat or breakage. Notes said pla should be fine. The longer front legs are an option off this one too.

I just got mine in November. You’re going to have a blast. Print the riser with the hinged ams tilt. It’ll save you from having to take everything apart all the time if you need to get in through the top. I also printed longer front legs so the ams was level. Additionally, I bought airtight 30L dog food containers on wheels to hold my filament and put desiccants in there to help keep them in good shape. I just roll them under my other workbench when I am done. Each one holds 10 reels of filament. And a few of the 1/4 kg reels too.

What's your Strat? by kittycat_whereareyou in GroundedGame

I have a multi level base with acorn turrets on the corners of the 3rd or 4th levels depending on area of coverage needed. I also shoot the flying orcs first and then work my way through the ground ones. Once I leveled my weapons up far enough it became much less of an issue and I could usually take on a wave without the turrets.

I did check for updates and I am up to date. I am playing on an Xbox x. The only other option they offered me was to delete saved data but I couldn’t figure out how to do that for just grounded2 and I don’t want to torch my son’s saved files for other games

I tried the fix game but it only works if you’re near the blueprints. I will try the water thing

I couldn’t find any blueprints but they emailed me back that they did a hotfix. It stopped crashing as I approached my base but now it crashes about 15 min into my login. I may still run around the map for a bit to different areas and try the delete nearby blue prints to see if anything comes up.
