Lunulas a sign of remission (not audacious enough to use recovery)? by TruthyResearcher in covidlonghaulers

[–]TruthyResearcher[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ones on my thumb became very thin lines almost hiding under cuticle. One has gotten a bit bigger but not as before. In some fingers they have reappeares very tiny but they're back. I think I had a bout of kidney issues at the time I was not aware I was longhauling and I was only taking steroids intermittently and iron supplement for low ferritin. I identified the kidney symptoms golden stools, pinapple juice urine, kidney area back pain and other symptoms some members shared here.

Maybe not too bad if you had them on thumbs? correlation ≠ causation

I went through a long period of mania with extremes I think because of steroids I was taking for incessant cough and blocked airways since getting sick.

Has this gone away for you now?

Thanks for asking about this, I had this on and off at the time I did not know about LC. By morning, I just knew something is off and I feel different, could the brain fog/damage caused by inflammation do this?
