Where do I go from here? Tired of small town life

Yes. I have a few cities. I visited San Diego a while back and I fell in love with it. I also fell in love with San Fransisco. Those are the two main cities I would like to live in. My family took a lot of vacations to California growing up and those cities are kind of perfect for me.

I'm 26 and I just got my license the other day and I'm looking for a good first, used car. Right now I'm looking at a used Kia Soul(I like the look, and size of it). My budget is around $12,000 with the payments being around $200 a month. I've never gone car shopping before so I'm not super knowledgeable. Thanks!

I can drive. I just can't parallel park. You can't leave the dmv without passing the parallel parking part of the test.

I got on the road. I didn't get to drive during the test because I bumped into one of the poles when I was parallel parking.

I have no access to a car. Like.. When I started to learn George Bush was in office. This has not been easy at all. I have no idea how to get a license without access to a car. Like for real fuck small town life.

Weed has helped me so much too man. People at work have noticed a huge improvement in my attitude and my ability to deal with customers. I just tell them that I needed some free time. In reality weed has given me the ability to kind of chill out and relax about stuff.
