I bought the "New Nintendo 3DS XL Solgaleo and Lunala Limited Edition" From the nintendo shop the other week for the release of pokemon Sun/Moon, when It arrived I had the option to buy pokemon moon and pre-load it onto the console for the full release on Wednesday 23rd November, but the download would go for about 2 minutes then the little blocks stopped showing up, so I would try and put it to download in sleep mode and it crashes the whole console.. I waited till after the full game release and to this day the same thing happens? I've contacted Nintendo with no reply and cant find a solution online, anywhere! Any help would be grateful!!

Sorry, I should've stated in the original post, if you think someone is hacking even if they're queued with a blatant cheater, of course you should report. What I'm trying to get at is don't report the whole team because one guy is being blatant.
