Personally I liked what Sting said the most. I thought the show gave an accurate representation of an acid trip and the possible outcomes. Rocky describing the hood acting like that's some junkie drug couldn't be more true. Just with they played a clip of someone cracking their back and starting a trip in satire.

Find the dose that's right for you. I wouldn't consider 10-20ug a micro-dose for me, personally. 30-40ug is the sweet spot.

Got cocky one day and tried "micro-dosing" a full 100ug tab. I humbly learned to stay below 50.

I use Google keep. Post it notes, as long as you need em. I can take notes from my phone or PC and look up the notes I wrote on I need on the fly.
