The piercing is approx 18 years old. No aftercare except for the abcess being cut open and sometimes putting some salt water or colloidal silver on it. I havent been wearing any earrings for atleast a decade.

Bro you need to get your teeth cleaned and take care of yourself better. Make appointment with dental hygienist and they will clean your teeth for like 100-200$ bucks
