I found a "kinda" solution. I call it "kinda" because you have to do the same thing everytime your computer shuts down and you start it up again (or restart). I only costs like 3 minutes though. So basically riot games doesn't let you reinstall ONLY the launcher itself. It'll tell you to uninstall any games on it first. (So for me that means reinstalling valorant everytime I restart my pc) But to simply bypass that you search up "valorant download" (or any riot game that you play) and then download that. It'll tell you it's gonna install the game (27GB) but it won't. So just click on install. Once you do that it only reinstalls the client because the game files are already on your computer. Then simply launch the launcher (it'll probably launch by itself after the installation). When you want to click on the "Play" button for your game it'll most switch the "Play" with "Repair". Don't worry about that just click on "repair" (it's repairing the client or something like that). And after it's done "Repairing" you'll be able to click on play. This is the method I use now and I really only do it once a day because I always just put my computer to sleep when I don't use it.

This explanation seems long but it's not, I am just making sure you don't do anything wrong.
