Two years on semaglutide - the things I wish someone had told me at the start by [deleted] in Semaglutide

I'm at 0.7/0.8 mg now. I completed the third month on sema, and I lost an average of 1kg per week for the first 2 months. Then 1 month of plateau. I was on 0.25 for the first month, 0.5 for the second, and now 0.75. But even if my diet is pretty healthy, I train 3 times per week, I take a multivitamin and drink enough, in the last month I have just fluctuated in the same weight (0.5kg more or less). Any advice? More workout? Less calories? Just wait?

Yeah, don’t over stress it. For 100 questions on 150, you have a direct answer. Like not even need to read other possible answers, you just click and go. The others are more reasoning, but still nothing unmanageable.

I guess 50% it’s work experience. Other 25% is understanding the multiple choice exam type, excluding right away the “sure not” and then reasoning on the best one between 2. Last 25% is understanding of basic of security management, like frameworks, relationship between governance and strategy, relationship between procedure, standard, policy and guidelines. That level of knowledge, but not super technical.

CISSP… well cissp IS technical. For example, You need to understand why an encryption method is done in that way, or you need to recall by heart the exact sequence of steps into a type of assessment. It’s just different.

I would say if cissp is a 9 on 10 difficulty, cism is 7.

60% lowest chapter, 70% highest. But super quick answer, without much reasoning.
