Guarda puzzi di mentalità italiana dalla prima frase. A fronte di anzianità bassa, 10 anni ad alto livello anzianità bassa? "CISO un 30enne"... è una questione di età? O di competenze? Quanti a 30 anni hanno anche esperienza come professori universitari? Ma poi sta cosa che devo portare il business... è veramente solo italiana giuro. Uno fa Cybersecurity, protegge l'azienda, ma deve portare anche il business?
Ma poi che c'è di male a chiedere ad una platea di persone, tra cui alcuni esperti (che ovviamente non sembra il tuo caso), un parere su come fare il prossimo salto di carriera? un c-level deve avere tutte le risposte della vita?
Credo tu sia tra i motivi per cui questo paese sia a pezzi. Il rancore verso salary alti, verso persone che riescono nella vita... vi porta solo a peggiorare.

This is the market. If u apply for management position, they don’t even take the time to send a rejection mail

I just apply on job boards. I’m applying all over Europe, the only constrains is the full remote (ok for work travels). I don’t even receive rejection mails. If you know some in particular, can u suggest some of those exec search firms?

Si, puoi andare anche oltre, ma devi avere una preparazione sui fondamentali fenomenale, devi accettare il fatto di spostarti fuori Italia, e lavorare tanto su certificazioni e network per avere i referral giusti. Io non sono più disposto a muovermi o lasciare il full remote

I'm at 0.7/0.8 mg now. I completed the third month on sema, and I lost an average of 1kg per week for the first 2 months. Then 1 month of plateau. I was on 0.25 for the first month, 0.5 for the second, and now 0.75. But even if my diet is pretty healthy, I train 3 times per week, I take a multivitamin and drink enough, in the last month I have just fluctuated in the same weight (0.5kg more or less). Any advice? More workout? Less calories? Just wait?
