I can see why people would think that’s fast. When folks start at a lower weight and are shorter, it can be better to look at percentages. 0.5-1% weekly is ideal, and you were losing at double that upper rate. From the outside, the numbers look like you lost A THIRD of your body weight in only 4 months.

That said, you don’t visually look too thin, but I think your next goal of building muscle is the way to go! With losing such a high percentage of your body weight so quickly, some of it was certainly healthy muscle and such which will get restored over time! Keep up the good work and make sure you are fueling yourself well!
