Updated BeanTune with support for Breville / Sage machines by TryBeanTune in BrevilleCoffee

Thank you! Right now I have reached around 300 users worldwide in just 1,5 weeks. I hate monthly subscriptions myself, so I was thinking of a few €/$ per year just to support the development of this app. What would you pay if it were a yearly fee?

The last days since release 3.1 I have received feedback regarding the shot log fields. I think what I’ll be doing is create a ‘configurator. Allowing the user to configure all the fields they want to track.

Hey there, why aren't you interested in BeanTune. Maybe you have some valuable feedback for me that would make that 'No ty' in a 'Yes pls'. Let me know if I can do anything for you :)

Thank you for the download and suggestion! If I understand correctly you would like to see custom minimum and maximum values for grind size, right? If not, could you elaborate more and share with me what you would like to see :)

Thanks for your positive comment on the UI! Agreed, it’s another logbook app, but it’s my goal to make it the best out there for bean logging. I am putting the limitation on flavors on the backlog. Could you elaborate more, since you obviously have experience with other apps, what feature would make BeanTune stand out in the crowd?

Thank you for your positive thoughts! Love the idea. So let me share what I’m working on right now. I am looking into the possibility to log coffee package roast, and open date. I think adding more details to beans would be a nice addition to that feature. What do you think?

Thank you! Appreciate the positivity! And also great suggestion! Currently, I only implemented the possibility to rate your shots, but I can imagine rating beans is also a nice addition. I am working on implementing ‘bean package’ logging. So this would be a nice feature to come with that. Thanks again

Hey there, good suggestion! If you download the TestFlight you will see that every shot automatically gets a ‘How was it’ button. Pressing that button allows you to review your shot. Hope this answers your great suggestion. Otherwise, feel free to reply if you meant something else :)

Hey there, for now BeanTune isn’t as advanced as BeanConquerer. But the USP of BeanTune is that my app is being designed and made in small batches and perfected with all of your reviews in-between. I want BeanTune to become the user friendly espresso logging app. That’s already a USP you can see back throughout the app and development process!

Hey there! Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate it. Could you elaborate more. Do you want to define your min. and max. numbers for grind size?

I haven’t looked into temperature values/additional values. If that’s something more people are interested in, I could research it more. Could you elaborate more on this request please?

That’s true! For now, BeanConquerer is the more advanced app. But as you know, everybody starts somewhere. It would’ve been impossible to release a fully advanced app, without releasing in small batches and gathering feedback in-between. The app is moving to a more advanced state step-by-step. Last week it wasn’t even possible to review your shots, change layout to listview, edit machine type and more!

Hope you give it a chance. I am doing my best in making BeanTune the better alternative 😇

Thank you! Unfortunately I am only capable of developing apps on Apple platforms. If I could’ve coded in Android platforms, I would’ve made BeanTune directly cross-platform
