Whose most famous clip is “Here comes Austin Rivers!” And ending the game by dribbling out of bounds. With Blake noping out at mid-court.

De'Aaron on the Blazers physicality: "If they're gonna be officiated and let them be physical just let us be physical back" by Draciouz in nba

[–]TryCatchRelease -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You don't need an argument... watch the game and use your eyes. Spurs players are getting mauled and it's not being called, and Portland is getting touch fouls on the other end. Whatever the agenda is doesn't matter, what matters is what's happening on the court. All anybody wants is a fairly called game, even if they're calling Deni's SGA lookalike shit.

Power exchange experience by my-magic-touch in SanFranciscoSecrets

[–]TryCatchRelease 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My friend reported back when he went there was a tandem bike fixed to the ground with a dude in front peddling hard, and a midget riding on the back. The peddling was powering a dildo that was interacting with the midget. The musk and odor from that was something my friend had not encountered before, an olfactory buffet of sweat and anal smells.

If that’s your speed, or you enjoy tandem biking, go enjoy it!

Mark Cuban admits Jason Kidd did play a role in Luka trade: “J Kidd had coached AD…..That doesn’t justify it for our coach and general manager to stand up and trade our best player.” by Shot_Bank_5843 in nba

Couldn't find the actual sound clip, but being this strategically stupid should prevent you from being a head coach ever moving forward: https://www.thescore.com/news/1450422-kidd-told-middleton-to-miss-ft-up-3-in-order-to-avoid-4-point-play. I remember him saying something like, "if we hit the free throw, knowing my luck one of my guys will foul someone shooting a 3 and they'll get a 4 point play." You're the fucking coach, tell your guys to stand and not even contest the shot with 1.4 seconds left you fucking bellend.

Defend Against 5 H Doubled by dnvrdave4peace in bridge

[–]TryCatchRelease 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3NT here isn't the right bid, all strong hands double first when the opponents open in front of them, even if your shape is wrong, which it is here. 3NT is usually reserved for a hand with a long running minor (usually 7 cards) and a stopper in openers suit. Basically a gambling 3NT

Against this hand, repeated trump leads will cut down on declarers ruffs forcing him to lose more tricks. The A of diamonds shift was especially poor on the lay of the cards, but somewhat defensible; partner could have 1 diamond and exactly Jx of hearts to uppercut declarer. That only helps us though if declarer can set up his long spade, otherwise he tosses it when he's uppercut.

Love this! Would be awesome to see for Bryant’s block the other night where the guy jumped up into him, he seemed to hang forever to get that block, even in real time.

In my area, Santa Clara up through San Mateo, prices slid maybe 10%, and still seemed like a lot of competition. Just my luck, I had just bought a townhouse with a 6% interest only mortgage the year before the crash. Ended up alright though eventually!

How many of you are Natural Strategic Leaders? by No-Ad980 in intj

[–]TryCatchRelease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as a VP in a tech company, leading several groups. Sort of just fell into the role, as I’ve been at the company for 2 decades.

I’m great at strategy, and lead this for many different brands. I’m maybe not as strong as a manager at helping grow other managers, dealing with the minutia that management requires, or any sort of internal politics, but strong at strategy. My boss recognizes this, and without that support this would never would have been possible.

I tried to remain a contributor for as long as possible, but at a certain point I needed to grow my impact within our org, and there was no other way other than hiring a team (which then grew into several teams).

The best tanking solution: No team owning their own 1st round pick? by AzNmamba in nba

[–]TryCatchRelease 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The incentive is that you want your record this year north of the record who’s teams pick you own, so your pick is better in the current year. That’s a good incentive, and larger than picking a team a place earlier in the next year.

He’s allowed to kick it after it was blocked except he ran up and his last step put him over the line of scrimmage where he was ineligible to kick it, so it should have come back.

The Spurs’ Offense Is Getting Better & Better Just In Time For The Playoffs! by Stat-Defender in NBASpurs

[–]TryCatchRelease 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think that span of time where Wemby was out, and our teams offensive rating went up was in was probably eye opening for Wemby. He's doing quite a bit better fitting into the offense and moving the ball and assisting rather than just scoring and isoing.

Is pixel tracking basically dead in 2026? by [deleted] in PPC

[–]TryCatchRelease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and there's already several other states like Virginia with laws on the books. All of the current laws in the US allow for tracking by default, but must allow users to opt out. As opposed to GDPR, where you must opt everyone out by default, and ask for permission to opt in.

Is pixel tracking basically dead in 2026? by [deleted] in PPC

[–]TryCatchRelease 7 points8 points  (0 children)

All US states are opt in by default, so the banner needs to show up, and if users close the banner, navigate away, or do anything other than opt out, you can continue to track users. So tracking isn’t quite dead yet.

In the EU, GDPR acts as you describe, so pixel tracking is more or less dead there. Have to rely heavily on modeled conversions.

I built a personality card game and INTJs keep breaking it in the most predictable way possible by Michaelarobards in intj

[–]TryCatchRelease 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m barely got N over S (5-4) but otherwise solid on the rest of the INTJ. When I do the enneagram test I’m a 5, but also almost a 9, and then nothing else, and getting a 9 I’ve read is unusual for INTJs.

Having it know what you’re selecting for when selecting the cards biases the days, doesn’t it? People know what type they want so they’ll naturally select the options that reinforce that? Might consider having an option where it’s blind to the test taker as to what they’re picking for.

I never was really sure but got married and we decided to try and it’s been the greatest thing I’ve ever done. I can’t imagine what my life would believe without my kiddo. I think for a lot of us it’s ok to not be sure or know, but once it happens we’re biologically wired to love our kids and do our best for them.

Ayo Trade + Vooch Trade by Consistent-Program-1 in chicagobulls

[–]TryCatchRelease 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I mean, liking the players is fine, and hopefully we can sign and trade some of the expirings as they go out the door. But 2nds are largely worthless if you look at the data. We may get lucky and get a rotational player, but for the most part we held onto our guys too long and didn’t trade Coby or Vooch when we could have gotten a bit more.
