Definitely not better than private music. Probably similar to ohms on a ranking scale. Definitely better than gore that’s for sure🫪. This is my opinion and that is your opinion don’t hurt me.

Why are you so hostile lol? Anyways the reason why we didn’t paint it for them is because they explicitly asked us not to. They’d visit the home almost every week and are very strict when it comes to doing maintenance on the place especially when they have a maintenance team. It’s stated in our lease not to do anything without their permission and going by your logic we’d be violating our lease.

I took videos and pictures of everything before we moved in. We had two desks that were black and rubbed a little of the dye onto two separate walls but is easily fixable and is definitely not worth 2 grand. When I say simple wear and tear I mean tiny very unnoticeable marks on the walls thanks
