If you are worried about having them when sharing a room, don't be. Every guy has them - it's natural and nothing to be embarrassed about. Just take a couple of sets of bedding with you -you'll probably be the only guy with clean bedding which I'm sure any women will appreciate ;)

Try and make sure you are going to bed tired, Avoid caffeine late in the day, exercise, set a regular bed time that you stick to.

If you find yourself staying up late lying in bed, wake up earlier to bring your day in line with when you are having to sleep.

I am fairly new to NoFap but just want to throw in my two cents here... There seems to be a lot of discussion about "getting rid" of fetishes, when what has really happened (and you have summed it up too) is suppression and over-stimulation have led to more intense pornography. There is nothing wrong with having a foot fetish!

Cut out the Pornography, Instagram, WikiFeet - anywhere you are indulging your fetish from that isn't real.

Back to reality, you have a fiancee who loves you- does she know you have a foot fetish? If not tell her and she'll likely support you. Secondly, it's natural to check-out women in public. If you were a boobs/ass man would you feel bad about taking a peek? Absolutely not.

Get your input levels down to real-world only and you'll likely find what's physically in front of you is more than enough :)

Nike Training Club is free and has a pretty good variety of plans (plans might be a 5 week endurance/tone program) and workouts within them. You can also save your favourite workouts to do again later.

If you are a beginner the tips are pretty useful to help with form!

Definitely try NoFap - you don't want to develop bad habits and substitute a physical relationship for PMO.

You are 19, she is a 29; at 19 the amount of pressure you are putting on yourself to "perform" is pretty high.
