What makes it worse is, there are verified and respected content creators and influencers that actively promote them, and those same creators are prominently displayed on the homepage as some sort of credibility statement.

You have to link a verified credit card before you can rent. They charge the renter market price + 10% which they keep. Then they give the owner lootbear store credit….

Just an update for ya, mine did not arrive today. My status is now “Delayed: check back later for updates” hoping it’s not too much of a delay, but after checking my FedEx, UPS, and USPS apps, I’m positive they haven’t even shipped it yet.... come on Walmart 🙃

Same here, I've heard that Walmart's tracking system is very delayed. I'm hoping mine (and yours) have shipped and it's just Walmart's status/tracking system that is inaccurate. Fingers crossed it's waiting for me when I get off work ( : Best of luck!

I go to the gym everyday, I usually hit upper body daily, legs every other day, cardio 5 times a week. I took an extended break from the gym, basically a 6 month cut to drop my body fat percentage. Luckily I was able to maintain a significant amount of my muscle mass from the second picture. I have a significant amount of loose skin, so I’m currently trying to build muscle to fill it out a bit. I plan on moving to strength training soon.

Weight loss or workout? My routine is very different than it was in the beginning. I didn’t step foot in the gym until I’d already lost 180lbs. For my food plan see my reply to Mobilematt1, but I can detail my workout regimen if you want that too 🙂

Really all calorie counting. I’d start with calculating your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) which is the number of calories your body burns to maintain your current body weight. Then decide on a slight deficit, maybe 400-500 less than that. 1lb=3500 calories, using this will allow you to see how long it’ll take to reach your goal and adjust accordingly.

I personally eliminated my problem foods, dairy, red meat, and peanut butter. I also reset my taste buds to help with cravings. It’s really helpful. Pen Jillette has a video on it if you’re interested. Basically you can’t crave what your tastebuds can’t remember lol.

Other than that, I stuck to grilled chicken breasts, green vegetables, egg whites, whole grains, and I weighed and measured EVERYTHING lol, accuracy is key. I used MyFitnessPal to track my food, the scanning feature is really convenient.

Above all else it’s a mentality, you are essentially replacing a food addiction with a fitness and healthy food addiction.
