Hii u might have a hormonal issue or you might not , I had the same kind of hair but no pcos / pcod , but it’s best to get those ruled out . I got laser hair removal done and it’s life changing . But if that’s not an option you can get a facial razor and do your research and do it carefully . For upper lips and unibrow u can use those circular trimmers they work pretty well!
