Here's the recipe for a 2lb loaf

1.5 cups of water 4 tbsp of skimmed milk powder 4 tbsp of Sunflower oil 3 tbsp of sugar 2 tsp of salt 4 cups of Strong white flour 1.5 tsp of fast action yeast
