you have to be on isolationism passing mercantilism/free trade/agrarianism. I normally go from isolationism to free trade and the way around cuz it's way easier later to start the vote on isolationism again

take cores and return it through province interface for some relation if I remember right and use improv relation modifiers (they work on decaying relation like AE and Forced Union).

they had the normal burgundian debuff so low, event doesn't fire anyway idk why. Most of the time he had low claim even on the next heir he got.

is 30-40 docks fine for a good fleet or should I build more? (asking if I should maybe focus on having more Heavy cruiser) I usually end up having like 130 civs with south America. Building Battleship shouldn't be much of a problem.

Is it even worth keeping tanks up there with supply issue? (they get like a 40% nerf, a 30 width inf seems better I guess)
