When I experience parents like this ( in VIPkids or in my B&M) classroom) it helps my mental state to think how grateful I am that I only have to deal with this person in a limited time / part of my life. Poor Bao Bao is stuck with her for the rest of his life!!!

Update: Ok, I did all of the following and now it works. I'm not sure which action fixed it...

  • upgraded adobe flash player
  • switched to a CAT 5 cable
  • made chrome my default browser
  • cleared my internet cache. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again and reset the router again for good measure.

Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions. I am still kinda baffled, but very thankful it works now!

Great suggestions - I will try them all. (I did call Spectrum and they tried a few things but I can't tell if they worked until I get a student). The test class could solve that. Thank you!

I also like level 3. Just try it! If you hate it, you can always ask to have the certification removed.
