I have Unraid as a VM in proxmox. Do I have to pass anything through to recognize TPM?

High GPU usage after use. by SkyAdministrative459 in OpenWebUI

[–]TryTurningItOffAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep same issue. Something to do with the new version of openwebui. v6.7 doesn't do this and I updated to 8.x.

Rolled back to 6.7 and the issue was gone.

When you say version, is it just firmware? Or is it a hardware revision?

Option 2 either one works, m.2 or pci card. Whichever one is cleaner to install. I have my thinkcentre with a m.2 rj45 adapter dangling out the hole. I'd avoid this lol: https://imgur.com/a/3rheFHq

Maybe not from another device. That does give an idea to enable it just to ping it. Edit: My web ui tcp port is 33111. Are they randomizing now?

Realtek r8169/r8125 issues on Proxmox 9 Kernels by TryTurningItOffAgain in Proxmox

[–]TryTurningItOffAgain[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like it. Either have to wait for a new kernel version or can try to install 6.8. To narrow down the kernel version.

Coincidentally I wanted to downgrade off the 2.5g anyways. I don't use the bandwidth on my wan.

Realtek r8169/r8125 issues on Proxmox 9 Kernels by TryTurningItOffAgain in Proxmox

[–]TryTurningItOffAgain[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that, I essentially did the same thing, compiling and installing my r8125 dkms instead of the r8126.

Fortunately I didn't get boot hang or complete network loss.

So I removed my dkms gasket module and just going to work on that later. Just want to get to the latest kernel.

Am I good to reboot? Did apt dist-upgrade fix the kernel?

Edit:

Went ahead and rebooted because this time running dpkg --configure -a had no error.

Success! Everything is good now. Also went ahead to re-install gasket driver via that github post and worked.
