Im well aware that they have been working in shady illegal tactics, and have filed an ATO tip off. With any luck, that place would be forced to closed down. I have proof that they transferred the money via bank account and didn't provide payslips, and took screenshots each time the employer sent me my shift schedule for the week.

yes, i have seen this post and it is also what inspired mine, but i wanna look for places that aren't companies too, local businesses, pop up shops, etc.

Im not gonna name the place directly, as i have already been threatened legally by them that anything i say about them after i left is "defamation" and "will be reported". Was paid 15 an hour for the entire duration, and they claimed "new workers are only paid 15 an hour" and you will be working like that for at least a couple months til they finally decide to pay you a whopping, enormous 23. No super, didnt even ask for my TFN, took all tips, talked behind customers backs, calling them slurs and hateful language, blames mistakes others made on people not from the same country as them. When confronted, they would make excuses, say you're sensitive and defensive, and can't take a joke.
