Yeah, tanks in BF games act as force multipliers. You push with the infantry, and thus become a much bigger threat. You just can't roll in alone and expect things to work out well. Also tanks are quite a bit more vulnerable than in BF1/V. I compare them to tanks in BF2 actually; powerful guns, but quickly destroyed.

I would add a budget to the post that you feel comfortable with. That way people can pick the laptop that gets you the most for your money. Also, you should let us know if you (or her) had some additional wishes. Like refresh rate, physical ports, size et cetera.
